WotLK Character from old Times

I tried to send support ticket but i can't seem to figure out how it works it only let's me send on Ban Appeal section and even then i cant send it for some reason
So here is the problem .. I had a character for some years ago in Ice Crown server when i logged in and went to Server Secrion i saw that there is one Character but when i clicked t he server my Character list was empty likea new fresh account is there any way i can get my old character back?
