    Critical Error and can't log back in

    Last night while playing for the first time since I started playing a few weeks back the application encountered a fatal error and won't allow me to log back on to my main character. I am able to log in and even log on to an alt but the loading bar gets stuck at almost full every time I try to log on to my main character. Please help and thank you!

    Close WoW, try deleting cache folder and after you do so go to the website and unstuck your character using "Character unstuck" service here: https://www.warmane.com/account/services

    Can you give us the screenshot of the error?
