I have create a Ticket in WOW and its many time ago that i get a answer.
It was in time 24h ago.

Doesn't matter how long response takes, as long as the Item Misbuy -ticket was made within 24 hours.

Yeah, i meant that if his ticket was created more 24 hours after. Small misunderstood due to different cultures and habits in sentence construction

Make a support ticket on website here: https://www.warmane.com/account/support

If it has been more than 24 hours, you won't be able to make item misbuy ticket. If that's the case, you can select General Enquiry as ticket type.
