DV or DBW for bdk?

It may sound stupid but I wonder if it worth swaping DV for DBW. DV procs fairly often and I can feel its impact, though at the same time I kinda want these 10% of arp. Should I swap?

Sooo, mmm, what do you intend to do? Raids, pvp, long fights, short fights, afk in dala, drink moonberry juice under a bridge or maybe farming wool cloth?

After some testing I can authoritatively conclude that DBW is goddamn trash compared DV. Holy jeez hahah 510 str that procs like always against garbage haste or crit. And damage (from attack power) is just higher, noticeably. 10% arp not worth

2 Stacked procs and higher up time on top of that should always be better, regardless of the passive stat on the item.
WFS can also be a great option since the CRITS from BLOOD DKs is what does kills people.

Kite for 30sec, kill within 15sec, that is why STS/DV/WFS are generally better in PvP than DBW, with 0 RNG as a factor when it comes to the proc.
