1. I don't get my 2factor auth code on email

    I log in and it asks me for the 2factor auth,i go on my email but guess what? I don't get it,i keep logging out and logging in thinking it's just a bug,1.30 hrs later i still can't get my email with the code...

  2. Well, if you didn't enable 2fa by yourself there is only one answer - your acc was stolen. You can try to make ticket or senf @mail to Warmane providing any possible information that confirms your ownership

  3. I have it enabled since i had the account,the problem is that i don't get the email with the code,i checked my armory and nothing is missing,and no emails that someone tried to log in my account,so i guess there are some problems from warmane.

  4. I have heard other ppl having this issue with "email" 2-step to log in-game.
    You can change to google authenticor or to temporary disable "in-game" protection:
    https://www.warmane.com/account -> security -> remove just "in-game protection " -> log in-game > re-enable that protection

    The thing is that it asks for a 2factor auth on the site aswell sadly,now im on my secundary account.

    oh, usually the code to log on webiste is sent instantly.
    Try this: https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve > "2 Factor auth removal".

    In case it does not work you may send an email to [email protected] for support (with as much details as you can provide)
