Dear guys, is it true that if i have coins and want to buy item from the store with coins i need to have 100% two-factor authentication

Thank you, as i was misslead a bit. So if i receive said amount of gift coins from another member he only needs to have 2f and when i decide to use those coins i won't need it right?
