Gem/Stats beyond the guides.

So the guide says Intellect is the number 1 stat for Holy Pally and there is no cap for intellect so at what point do I consider Spell Power. I am getting close to haste cap so I am not going to worry about that since Raid buffs should get me there. Also Mp5 I am not worried about because mana doesnt seem to be an issue for me. So should I keep gemming with +20 Intellect?

you dont need SP , you base power is OP thats why need haste . you need more mana for more cast and stronger % mana regen from talents/skills .
