love in the air- how to create bracelet?

i'm trying to make bracelet for the event, but its look hard. i'm trying to kill monster but its take a loot of time

I have seen people selling unlimited amont u bracelet, how do they creatd it?

You get a "thing" whenever you kill a monster that yields exp if you have in your bag that "tool"you get from goblin in city. Collect 10 of those "things" and you can create a bracelet.

I hope this makes everything super clear.

As to people who sell "unlimited" bracelets, they get the "tool" from goblin, go into Ulduar, jump in a tank and kill like 1000 mobs in a few minutes, creating hundreds of bracelets.

The thing is i dont get 1 "thing" per monster i kill but more every 10 or 20 :( is this a bug?

edit: may be i need to havethe quest on?
