[Return of the High Chief] Quest tottaly bugged in Dragonblight

I've attempted multiple times to do [73] [Return of the High Chief](Part 3 of 4), where you release the imprisoned Tauren, but everytime I use the key to release him nothing happens and the tauren and big bad Anub'et just keep talking trash at each other in Dragonblight.
I've attempted it with and without addons or by clicking the key rather than the object. I can't for the life of me complete this quest to continue the epic journey that is this quest chain.
Any help would be awesome!

Some one also recommended waiting for server restart, which I did, but to no avail.
