    [question] Logging chat in runtime

    Hi.

    My idea is to create an application to watch game-chats while im sitting in alt+tab. Problem is both Addon.SavedVariables and WoWChatLog.txt are only updating when i log off.

    Is there any chance to log chat messages into a file in real-time?

    No, you can't edit files in real time. Files are only flushed on log out or when you reload.
