What is the coin worth to trade it for in-game gold on Lordaeon? I can't seem to find an answer to this... How much gold can you sell the coin for?

There is no set amounts, it's all dictated by players: people who want to sell as little gold for most coins and people who want to get as much gold per coin as possible. Then they meet in the middle and that's the price.
