WotLK DBW Drop Rates : Does it even drop? (ICECROWN Server)

Hello everyone
I'm raiding ICC since late november, and I wanted to ask about the Drop rate of the DeathBringer's Will.
I found out that this trinket has a 20% drop rate both NM and HC ( https://wotlk-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=50362 ), but I've killed this boss almost 15 times and it never dropped.

After all this attempts, the drop probability are 1-((1-0,20)^15)=96.5%

For comparison, the Sharpened Twilight Scale has a lower drop rate (6.3%) on NM ( https://wotlk.evowow.com/?item=54569 ) , but I've seen it twice in fewer runs.

I didn't find any recent posts about this, only someone from 2017, so probably something changed meanwhile, that's why I'm asking again.
I just want to know if it possible to obtain the trinket without buying it .

It does, i got like 3-4 drops out of 20-30 total ICCs i've made

Bad RNG. I've had consequent dbw drops each week(n/hc doesn't mattter), as well as multiple drops per week. It's just bad luck on your end.
