WotLK mage faction changed, now i cant learn new portals

hi all, i recently changed faction on my mage, all my horde city portals are unlearnt.. now im heading to ally cities to learn the portals..

when visiting the trainers, the portal spells button is grey..

anyone know why????

Write in-game ticket, copy paste there what you wrote above, but include character name & server. Try to re-log and whatnot, it's also possible server restart might fix it.
