    help my hero is stuck

    hi i was in dungen and i fall to the melt Volcano and there is no way to get out of there and my hero My hero is stuck plz help me . my hero is druid and his same is snowferal in patch ice crown

    From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

    Go to the site > My account > Services > Pick Realm > pick Character > pick free and you should be able to do a character unstuck.
