Technical I can see my characters in game,not on the site and i can't connect oncharacters

Hi,

I have a problem with my characters, i can see them in wow but i can't see there name and i can't connect, when i go on the website i can't find them.
Are they gone ?

It's fine now, i just needed to rename my characters.
