1. Did not receive any coins from my purchase.

    I donated 22 coins via Razer gold, but I have not received any coins. My Razer transaction was completed and was a success but it did not award me any coins at all.

    Usually whenever I purchase my coins, it will be instantaneously in my account. Now, it isn't showing up. It never happened before until now. Anyone here can give me solutions to my problem? Like creating an email or a ticket to who?

    Update: Have received my coins and I had to contact payment wall support.
