WotLK Furious/Relentless Offhands for mage/lock/priests?

Hello, i just wondering and searching thru vendors on Icecrown server a trying to find furious/relentless offhands for mage/lock/priests.
am i blind or dumb or they are just removed? Cuz i see idols/librams/sigils/totems but no a single off hand?? So they are removed and can be bought via points/coins only ? Or its just moved to some other vendor? Thanks for answer
