Lordaeron characters deleted?

i have a big problem, in server choice i can see all mt 7 characters but when i enter in Lordaeron i see only 2 characters, i have created twice times a ticket to describe this problem to retrieve my characters but the answer from both ticket (answered from a bot) was " try to recover missed characters, if you can't retrieve them, we are apologize"

In this ticket is not explained how can i retrieve my characters...so i m here to hope there's will be a solution,

https://www.warmane.com/account/services pick realm, pick character restoration, see if any characters show up in the list. if not they're gone for good.
