Hello, is it true that if I am fresh 80 with all green items and GS around 1500 and I buy BIS weapon for coins my char since then will be always in highest GS tier in BGs (literally unplayable) even if other items are green?

Due to the nature of your question and why you are asking, i will only say that you will be moved to a higher bracket. My suggestion is to buy the weapon when you are ready gear-wise for those brackets.
