Warglaive of Azzinoth and transmog NPC

I am interested in ways how to get Warglaive of Azzinoth - is it possible to get it only via coins? or is on Icecrown some transmog NPC ?

You can get warglaives by killing Illidan in black temple or by donating for it.
To transmog items you need a transmog scroll, and since its a legenary item you need the 50 coin scroll for it.

The Warglaives of Azzinoth drop from Illidan Stormrage in the Black Temple as they should. 4% drop chance for each one of them.
