    Old account recovery

    I want to get back an old account, but all I remember is the different ingame character names.

    Support can't help you with restoring account if you don't know any credentials. Might be better to just start new one

    Send an email to [email protected] to contact Support. You will be given a hint to help you recall the account credentials or some other way to try to prove the account does belong to you. Just knowing character names isn't going to be enough, it's not hard at all to know the characters someone else had.
