Technical Lost account username/email

Hi, just posting this here since I can't seem to find any other proper method of creating a ticket for this (the only option being ban appeal)
I can't remember the username or email of a second account I created. I was wondering if any warmane staff could look up my IP address to see the name of the other account I created and email it to me. I already know the password and I tried a couple email addresses that I may have used but none were any help.

Probably your best option is to send a letter to [email protected] ; with every detail you can recall, most likely email, IP's, time of creation, access, locations, donations or pretty much any specific info which would convince that you are the real owner of the account. That is IF they can find your account. But tbh sounds pretty thin to me.
