Hi :)
I just downloaded the WOTLK client from this website.
It seems, whoever uploaded it, deleted the folder "AddOns" in the "Interface" folder.
Not too tragic, I thought.
I recreated the folder and extracted the downloaded addons into it.
When I started the game, however, I didn't find the addon settings in the character menu nor in the interface settings after entering the world.
How do I fix this?

Unfortunately that did not fix it. :/
And yes, I downloaded the working addon versions.
I will download the whole game from another private server's website and edit the realmlist manually.
Maybe in there everything will be in order.
I've got it from here a few times a couple of years ago.
Back then it worked.
I guess it gets deleted and re-uploaded from time to time.

btw the missing of "Interface" folder should not be a big deal.
Delete any Interface folder -> log in-game > as soon as you reach "chaarcter selection list" you will notice an "Interface" folder is created automatically
Once that happen close the game > add all the Addons u want on the new folder -> once you log-in at "character selection list" should appear "Addons" button at bottom-right corner
Click on that button and enable "Load out of date AddOns" optionEdited: March 28, 2021

I've just compared it to another version of the game that I already have and figured out that the interface folder was simply in the wrong subfolder.
Now I've moved it from "C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\data\enUS" to ""C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft" where it belongs, of course.
I forgot about that. :D
Now everything is fine.
