If it's durability is 0, just repair it at vendor.
If you have some custom files, remove them and delete cache folder.
You are not making any sense, if you want a GM then open a ticket ingame.

"I CANNOT USE MORE THAN ONE OF THAT OBGECT" sounds like you have too many jewelcrafting gems? Do you have a jewelcrafting gem socketed in it?
