WotLK hero lost when transfer

Greetings.
I had a paladin level 80 with 5kgs.
after the iccrown realm, my characters on my another account were transfered to iccrown.

but in my account i haven't any character and on website, there's no any character for restoration.

I don't understand much.

Your characters were where? How did you move them to the other account? You can't move character between accounts unless you put them in trade. Did you do that?

Also the pictures cannot be seen.

I have two account on warmane.
On my another account , my character transfer automatically to iccrown realm.
