PvP dualbox - AFK in BG

Hi there, if you play PvP you know that there are almost alywas AFK people in BGs. The deal is , some of those people are Alts, people queue for specific bg with their main and their alt (dualboxing, usually alt from blackrock), and farm themseves. I wrote tickets and presented over 25 screenshots and the answer i got is something like "we will check it".
So im asking everyone here, is this allowed? Is this wintrading? Can i do the same?
At least its "avoiding afk mechanics"?
Or there are rly people that are capable of making character, joining BGs , setting "follow" on someone, while completly unable to deal over 10k damage or heal for 1 hour long AV (for example, this is happening in all BGs), and also unable not - to -die less then 50 times?

This might be true, it makes so much sense now when i think this way. Yes ive seen people dying 50+ times in BGs and i was wondering if those, obviously afk players, can be kicked by "report afk", tho never seen that happened
