Due to problems I had to reset my cell phone and now when I put my authenticator it does not give me the codes, and now when I want to enter my account wow it asks me for the code which I lost in the reset of my cell phone help me please I am a donor

What exactly do you mean by reset? Authenticator is tied to your account.
Character names prove nothing, but put your account to risk, delete them asap.
You log to your account and disable 2fa, after you enable it back. Optionaly.
If you can't log to site, send e-mail to support with all possible information that proves your ownership for 2fa reset.
