Technical Unable to conect

Hello, im having troubles trying to log in in woltk, donwloaded the client from here, didnt work, realmlist was ok and was a new client, then downloaded the client from other place to see if would work that way, changed the realmlist, didnt work. So I dont know what is the problem, as soon as I try to connect it says " connecting " , a minute passes and just changes to unable to connect

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

Didnt work, the only step missing step was restarting my PC, wow folder was on "read-only" by default, and torrent was closed. idk whats wrong
