Realms New goods, New currency (Black-rock)

Add a vendor on blackrock that will sell following goods :

1x scroll of deception = 2500 arena points (requierment : 1850 personal raiting

10 arena points = 75000 honor ( requierment : 1850 personal raiting )

i think both of these will boost the activity of players in both battleground / arenas.

To all administrators, please let me know about ur opinion, no matter if it's positive or negative.

If a tournament server that only has PvP content needed "activity boosting" for people to do PvP, what's its purpose in the first place?
Might as well shut it down in case that really was true, which isn't. People are all the time complaining about Blackrock characters in cross-server Arenas and Battlegrounds.
