WotLK Help! i cant find my characters in Frostmourne

Dear Admin

Please could you help me, until yesterday I had 3 characters in my frostmourne account but today I logged in and I could not view the server and it appears as offline, what happened to my characters they were eliminated, please help

Char name: Bicalmarudi lvl 80 elf druid feral
Char name: Ampullaria lvl 80 elf priest
Char name: Lupim Lvl 30 Gnome Mage

characters previously on frostmourne are being moved to icecrown due to it's reset, as to WHEN those characters will appear on icecrown i don't know, i'm waiting as well
