Hellou, Looking for a guild

I'm not that new to the game, i've had few 80's and gotten somewhat preraid bis but never got into raiding which i would so much want to experience.
Is there a guild that would want to take a ''semi new'' player to their ranks. I live in Finland so im trying to find a guild that has somewhat flexible raid times
