WotLK Characters from Frostmourne season 1

Hi,
what happened with characters from realm Frostmourne season 1? Can I have it back or I have to lvl up a new character?

I thought they were being automatically transferred to Icecrown, but I'm not certain. Mine aren't there.

But if you go here https://www.warmane.com/account/services
and select "Frostmourne - S1" from the left drop down, you should be able to see your characters. I think you can transfer them from there, but I thought it was being automatically done for all toons above level 10 to Icecrown because of the reset. Toons over the 10 toon limit go to the Barracks.
