Realms Rear spawn

Can we increase the spawn rate of rear mobs in icecrown?
Maybe 1 spawn every 2 hours.
I'm working on Frostbitten achievement and I have the ones in Sholazar Basin and Icecrown where at all times there are a minimum of 50 people.

I am not asking for an increase on the Time-Lost Proto Drake it should remain a rear find in my opinion.
