Technical Barracks not working

Hello,

I cannot change my active characters in barracks. I have 15 out of 10 slots used due to merge of Frostmourne and Icecrown and all 15 chars are set as active. When I try to set active on fewer charcters, I get message saying "You must have 10 characters active on a standard account.". When I activate exactly 10 caracters, the error message says "You cannot deactivate this many characters, will result in exceeding the set character limit.". I opened a ticket in-game, but I was told I need to open new ticket here on website, but there is only "Ban appeal" category for tickets, and since I have no bans to appeal, it would not let me even create the ticket. I waited for today's update but it did not solve the problem. Can somebody help me with this?
