I cannot use the transfer service to transfer my druid to Icecrown due to an ongoing ban in my account. Is there anything we can do?

what kind of ban do you have, IP ban?
Btw, why do you mind about not being able to transfer the characters at the moment?
I mean, you would not be able to play with them at the moment anyway.

it's not an IP ban. It will end in 4 weeks. I just don't want my character to get deleted or something

do not worry.
The transfer has been up for 2 weeks only.
It will be surely available for some months at least
