Scrolls drop rate

I assume you have very good basis for it.
As my argument for 1scroll per week per charecter from victory comes from having had multiple times.
Where i have weeks in row of free time that I have spent from morning till bed time farming bgs.
And always it's been same.One scroll at random BG win at random time once per week.
Don't know if raids drop extra scroll's on same Charecter.
Witch is still a lot in my opinion for something that have never been in the game in first place.

No one is trying to be smart here just gave example from my own experience.

dabbing gives 0.1% per dab up to 2%
