When are scrolls of deception getting added to the trade store for Frostmourne?

you can already get scrolls of deception on frostmourne u just unlucky

Was just researching this myself. So the Scroll of Deception drops are already enabled? Sweet! But when are they coming to the store? And how feasible is it to farm them on a progressive realm (where you change your gear from patch to patch), any ideas?

also what about old expansion items that are used only for transmog purposes?
I dont see why they shouldnt be added earlier
