WotLK BELF roots take up 50% of the screen .. no other toon affected HEELLPP!!!

So i have several toons on horde and ally, and none of them have this issue

this is a male BELF paladin (1st one i have EVER rolled even in retail)

Any time i am hit with a net/roots or other spell-root that has a ''visible spell'' effect it takes 50% of the screen. nets look like tents and cover the screen, roots blind me ..

-it does not occur on any other toon horde or ally
-i did a interface\addon purge .. and tested WITHOUT any addons .. still occurs
-i did a 'reset all settings' in the wow>video settings menu .. still occurs

hmm i have not tried a new belf .. i may try that later today and see if a different belf is affected

Tried the LOW REZ copy of WoTLK ... it does not have the issue when using the LOW REZ shipping textures. will try a few more things..

It's caused by your updated character models. Try a different patch for the models or redownload the client with the classic models.

Yep.. I was still using the old Warmane hosted WOD blended package.

deleted the packs, added this http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....=1#post2738706

Solved ... LOL no i can see my toon when hes rooted ...
