Site Response Time Tickets and Email Change

I wanted to know how long it takes to answer tickets, I opened one on the website two days (more than 48 hours) ago and they still haven't responded. Obviously I can wait longer, just to get an idea of the average response time.

And another issue, I'm not a google user, I don't like it, is there a way to use another email other than google in my game account? I have opened an account in google only and specifically for the game, but I use Outlook.

Tickets can take anywhere from 1 day to a week.
Not possible to use another e-mail.
