WotLK DF problem

Hey guys, ive got problem. When i get on The Nexus instance by DF i get bug, after loading screen i wake up in the middle of textures on the floor. i can't do anything, just like computer freezes. i exit game alt+f4 and turn it on, then i can't to queue, game tells me im in party, but im not. i delete cache, and done a unstuck, its not helps. plz help

to solve "im in party" issue just copy paste this on chat:
/script LeaveParty()

the reason why you got stucked in the "middle of textures on the floor" is because you have joined too many dungeon in a row.
So wait 1 hour before to enter in a new dungeon.
