Has anyone managed to get a working version of 'Binder' addon for 3.3.5?

I found a version online that appears to work in 3.3.5. But I can't get it to work. Maybe I'm not using it right somehow.

The GUI for it works, I can create and update a profile, but when I try to load a profile it isn't changing the keybinding.

Could there be something I'm missing, or does this just not work for 3.3.5?

If anyone knows of another addon where I can switch between keybinding profiles (for keybinds such as movement keys), then I would love to know how to do this.
