Transmute master bugged?

I've made 4x Transmutes a day on my 4 Transmute spec alchemist for 16 days with zero procs. Seems kind of odd. I remember last year I would get at least one proc a day.

it's approx 15% chance to proc

got x2 gems few days ago, I think it works all good.

I'd say the 15% is way off. Past 6 years on bug tracker it's constantly reported broken. Like I say I make 4x a day for 16 days with 0 procs. When last year it was at least once a day.

Well, I transmute some quantity with meta gems and arcanite bars, 15% is average I get, after certain threshold you can count on that amount extras. Same with flasks and potions.

If you had 1 success from 4 casts a day, you were really lucky, must have spread some good sauce on RNG gods nipples.

But who knows, maybe it's bugged for 6 years now.
