WotLK better healing stat - ret pala

hey,

I want to gem and enchant my shield and mace for better healing (combo with sm).
So I wanted to ask what gives me better healing - Spell power or Int?

Mace: +63 Spellpower
Shield: +25 Intel (iirc, there's no SP for shield).
