Worth to start here or go to icecrown?

I want to come back after a long break, as i saw there is ulduar content right now, but when i logged in today afternoon the global chat was kinda dead, there was 15-20 ppl in stormwind.
As a casual player should i start here or just go straight to icecrown?

Everyone is 6k gear score on Icecrown. But you pretty much never fail an RDF because of this. On Frostmourne you fail RDFs all the time because people don't have enough gear or don't know what to do. Pick your poison.
