WotLK I lost my characters

Hey, I log on my acc today and I dont have any characters that I had on Frostmourne S1, I was not playing for almost 1 year here, is there any way to have them back? I tought they were on Icecrown but no. Thanks.

Yhey are stored in "cloud", go to your account page > services and manualy transfer them to Icecrown.
