Technical My frostmourne season 1 characters disappeared

I played on the frostmourne server when it came out and i created a mage which i leveled to 80, i also had a rogue there, but it was low level.
I tried to transfer it but the char doesnt even appear on the frostmourne s1 tab.

you need to "manually" move them to Icecrown realm:
https://www.warmane.com/account > service
Select "Frostmourne - S1" as realm

If no characters appear it means:
1. You had them on a different account
2. They have been deleted

If your account is premium you may open a ticket on website to find out what happened to your characters:
