1. Is Battle for Undercity bugged?

Hello guys! New player here. I got a question regarding the Battle for Undercity questline.

When I picked up the quest from Vol'jin that stands before the Ruins of Lordaeron, Thrall and Sylvanas weren't there near him. I got a screenshot depicting this issue here: https://imgur.com/a/INgB0th

I searched for them and they were in the courtyard. I went to see if I can interact with Thrall in order to trigger the event, but to no avail. I watched a video of how the quest was supposed to work, and noticed that when you hover the mouse over Thrall, a speech bubble appears. This is not the case when trying to do the same thing on this realm, as shown here: https://imgur.com/a/PBFEZ0y

What am I supposed to do? Of course I can abandon the quest and hearthstone out of the instance. But my issue here is that both Orgrimmar and Undercity remain the same due to quest phasing. I can't access the bank, the auction house, and even worse, can't learn new spells. I feel like I just hit a wall.

P.S.: Maybe using the Character Stuck thingy will work? I am willing to skip this questline if it's bugged. Not being able to interact with class trainers seems much more important than a quest regarding progress, even though I heard it's very interesting. Hopefully, a GM will teleport me out of the quest phase.

  2. You need to open a ticket in-game and ask the GMs to phase you out. The quest recently bugged out again.

  3. Thank you for the reply! I already did submit an in-game ticket describing my issue and recieved an answer that confused me even further: https://imgur.com/a/ESNQRxg. Therefore, I will request to be phased out as you said.

  4. Can you solve your problem? I have same problem and i cannot do anything because of this bug...
