    Buffed Dungeons/Raids

    What is the "more challenging content"? Is it just ICC or are other raids/ dungeons also buffed on this server?

    Dungeons aren't buffed. ICC has boosted HP, boss damage, reduced enrage timers and no ICC buff (the 30% damage/healing/HP/whatever one). RS is boosted aswell. Can't tell you about the other raids but I think they're tuned harder aswell, I just haven't played them in years.
