Banned for "Advertising"

Hello Warmane. I've been playing your game for over 10. years, and i decided to donate just to skip waiting in que, and since donating isn't allowed in my country (Serbia) i've used MINT card to donate from Netherlands(VPN). i didn't even had a chance to use card and i got IP ban for 1 month and 1 week. can you look at this problem and fix it please.
