If you used points to buy the items, you can't get a refund.
If you used coins to buy the items, open an item misbuy ticket here or send an e-mail to [email protected] (if you can't make that sort of ticket) within 24 hours of buying the items.
The worst thing is that I gave the first item of these nerves to the sender ... and the second item that I bought is in the mailbox and now I do not know what to do, I also gave the ticket but I am waiting for a reply and I do not want these things to be lost
